I wish this had been more white. It’s translucent but still looks greyish. It’s very good weight vellum. But the folds make it not very easy to customize. The sides are folded to the middle. You can place a sheet inside. But then the size is only 8 1/2″ by 5 3/4″. So it does cut down on the size. It’s not truly 8.5 x 11″ because you can’t do anything different with it because of the dedicated folds. I really like the weight of it but it will be more difficult to work with than I thought.

I picked these up looking for ‘vellum’ jackets for printed 4 x 6 inch post card sets I’m working on.These were decently thick reducing the risk of folds and tears. The were uniformly folded with a small overlap on the fronts. I found they offered a decent amount of sheerness allowing you to partially see lettering and prints underneath. Overall, these appear to be what I have been looking for offering a good jacket for my work.At the present price of $7.99 for 30 this appears to be with in fair market value for this style vellum jacket. No complaints at this time.
